# Datenstruktur des Exports

**Welche Dateien und Felder enthält der Vollexport, und in welchem Format?**

Der Vollexport besteht aus ZIP-Dateien mit je einer JSON- und einer CSV-Datei pro Tabelle und dem Verzeichnis manifest.json. Dieser Artikel nennt jede Datei, jedes Feld mit Format und Bedeutung und die Tabellen, die bewusst fehlen. Er entsteht aus derselben Quelle wie der Export; ein neuer Anbieter kann den Export damit einlesen, auch per Exportschlüssel ohne dein Zutun.

## Aufbau

- Der Export im Hintergrund besteht aus einem oder mehreren Teilen, metrunio-export-JJJJ-MM-TT-001.zip und folgende, mit höchstens rund 250.000 Zeilen je Teil, dazu manifest.json. Der direkte Download ist ein einziges ZIP mit manifest.json darin.
- Je Tabelle eine Datei json/<tabelle>.json und eine Datei csv/<tabelle>.csv mit denselben Zeilen. Passt eine Tabelle nicht in einen Teil, folgen json/<tabelle>.0002.json, json/<tabelle>.0003.json und so fort im nächsten Teil.
- manifest.json nennt Format und Fassung (format, version), den Zeitpunkt (createdAt), die Teile mit Dateien, Größe und SHA-256 (parts), je Tabelle Zeilenzahl, Dateien und Beschreibung (tables), die bewusst fehlenden Tabellen mit Grund (excluded) und die ausgelassenen Felder (droppedColumns).
- consistent: true heißt, alle Teile zeigen denselben Stand. false heißt, der Export wurde unterbrochen und in einem neuen Stand fortgesetzt; eine Zeile, die sich dazwischen geändert hat, kann dann doppelt oder gar nicht darin stehen. Für ein festes Bild exportierst du nach dem Schließen des Kontos, dann ändert sich nichts mehr, oder du startest einen neuen Export.

## Formate und Zeichensatz

- Zeichensatz überall UTF-8 ohne Byte-Order-Mark, Zeilenende \n.
- JSON: eine Liste von Objekten, ein Objekt je Zeile, die Feldnamen wie unten.
- CSV: Semikolon als Trennzeichen, Feldnamen in der ersten Zeile. Felder mit Semikolon, Anführungszeichen oder Zeilenumbruch stehen in doppelten Anführungszeichen. Ein leeres Feld ist kein Wert (null).
- Beginnt ein Text in der CSV mit =, +, -, @ oder einem Tabulator, steht ein Hochkomma davor, damit eine Tabellenkalkulation ihn nicht als Formel ausführt. In der JSON-Datei steht der Text unverändert.
- Zeitpunkte nach ISO 8601 in UTC, etwa 2026-10-18T09:15:00.123+00:00; Tage als JJJJ-MM-TT.
- Zahlen mit Punkt als Dezimaltrenner. Beträge stehen in der Währung der Zeile (Feld currency, ISO 4217), nicht in Cent.
- Kennungen sind UUIDs. Ein Verweis wie „Verweis auf sites.id“ zeigt auf die Kennung in der genannten Datei; so setzt du Websites, Journeys, Conversions und Kontakte wieder zusammen.
- Werte mit Struktur (JSON, Listen) stehen in der JSON-Datei als Objekt oder Liste, in der CSV als JSON-Text.
- Ein Feld mit fester Werteliste nennt unten alle möglichen Werte.

## Abruf durch einen neuen Anbieter mit einem Exportschlüssel

Damit ein neuer Anbieter deine Daten selbst abrufen kann, legst du unter „Exporte & KI-Verbindungen“, Karte „Alles mitnehmen“, einen Exportschlüssel an und gibst ihn weiter. Er öffnet nur den Vollexport, sonst nichts: keine Berichte, keine Lese-Schnittstelle, keine Änderung. Es gibt ihn in jedem Tarif, auch in Start und Pro, und auch in den 30 Tagen nach einer Schließung. Die Lese-Schnittstelle bleibt ein Merkmal ab Growth.

1. POST /v1/exports/full-jobs mit dem Kopf Authorization: Bearer xk_… startet den Export im Hintergrund oder gibt den laufenden zurück.
2. GET /v1/exports/full-jobs/:id zeigt den Stand. Ist status succeeded, stehen unter parts die Teile mit Größe und SHA-256.
3. GET /v1/exports/full-jobs/:id/parts/:number lädt einen Teil, GET /v1/exports/full-jobs/:id/manifest.json das Verzeichnis.
4. Für ein kleines Konto geht auch GET /v1/exports/full.zip direkt. Über 300.000 Zeilen antwortet er mit 409 FULL_EXPORT_TOO_LARGE; dann gilt der Weg oben.

- Die Teile liegen 7 Tage bereit, nach einer Schließung höchstens bis zur Löschung des Kontos. Danach sind sie gelöscht, und ein neuer Export ist nötig.
- Jeder Abruf steht im Protokoll deines Kontos. Ist ein Export fertig, den ein Exportschlüssel gestartet hat, bekommen die Admins eine Mail mit dem Namen des Schlüssels.
- Den Schlüssel ziehst du jederzeit unter „Alles mitnehmen“ zurück, auch nach dem Schließen. Gib ihm eine Gültigkeit, die zum Wechsel passt.
- Anlegen kann ihn, wer das Konto verwaltet (Admin). Er gibt dieselben Daten heraus wie der Vollexport im Portal, also auch die Adressen der Mitglieder und das Protokoll.

> **Rechtlicher Hinweis:** Mit dem Exportschlüssel entscheidest du, dass ein anderer Anbieter die Daten deines Kontos abruft. Ob dafür eine Vereinbarung mit ihm nötig ist, etwa zur Auftragsverarbeitung, entscheidest du als Verantwortlicher. Den Wechsel und die Unterstützung dabei regeln die AGB in § 8a.

## Was bewusst fehlt

Zugangsdaten zu anderen Plattformen, Laufsteuerung ohne eigenen Inhalt und Aufzeichnungen, die uns als Anbieter gehören, gehen nicht mit. Prüfsummen von Schlüsseln, Einladungen und Abmeldelinks fehlen in jeder Tabelle; die Zeile selbst bleibt. Je Tabelle:

- tenant_secrets: Zugangsdaten zu fremden Plattformen, verschlüsselt; der neue Anbieter verbindet mit eigenen Zugängen
- integration_credential_references: Verweise auf abgelegte Zugangsdaten, ohne eigenen Inhalt
- oauth_tokens: Zugriffstoken für MCP und Lese-Schnittstelle; nach dem Wechsel wertlos
- portal_login_tokens: Anmeldelinks mit kurzer Laufzeit
- ad_oauth_grants: Zwischenstand einer laufenden Anmeldung bei einer Werbeplattform
- search_console_oauth_states: Zwischenstand einer laufenden Anmeldung bei Google
- request_nonces: Wiederholungsschutz des Collectors, Prüfsummen mit Ablauf
- event_queue: Warteschlange der Verarbeitung; der Inhalt steht in raw_events

97 Dateien je Format, in der Reihenfolge des Exports: erst das Konto und seine Mitglieder, dann jede Tabelle nach Namen. Ohne eigene Bedeutung erklären Name, Format und die Beschreibung der Tabelle das Feld.

## tenants

Das Konto selbst: Name, Tarif, Zeitzone, Währung, Zustand und Einstellungen auf Kontoebene. Genau eine Zeile. Dateien: json/tenants.json und csv/tenants.csv.
