# No data after setup? Check these six points

**No data arrives after installation. What do I check?**

First: is the data processing agreement concluded? Without it Metrunio accepts nothing, and the portal shows “Measurement paused: DPA missing.”. If it is concluded, the GTM container is usually not published, consent is missing or the domain is not in the allowed list; these six steps cover the most common causes.

1. Check that the data processing agreement is concluded. If the portal shows “Measurement paused: DPA missing.” or the live test reports PROCESSING_AGREEMENT_MISSING, conclude it under “Privacy”; data arrives a few seconds later.
2. Check in Google Tag Manager that the container has been published. Preview alone is not enough.
3. Open your website in a new tab and start the live test in the portal.
4. Give analytics consent in the consent banner. Without consent we deliberately store nothing.
5. Check under “Setup” that your domain is in the list of allowed domains.
6. If it stays empty, run the diagnosis again in the setup health centre.

> **Note:** If the health centre says “No new events have arrived in the past 24 hours”, that is a note, not a fault: data used to arrive, and nothing new has come in for a day. The finding names the last event, and the existing reports remain. A day without visits is no fault in itself; if you expected visits, the six points above apply just the same. The last event in the finding is the last one from live operation; test events do not count for it. The note only appears once the first live signal is more than a day old, and not if data was deleted after a consent withdrawal during that day. In that case it is unknown whether anything arrived, and we do not claim it.

## Further causes

- An ad blocker in your own browser. Test in another browser or profile as well.
- The snippet is only on the home page, not in the shared layout.
- A cache or CDN is still serving the old page; clear it.
- testMode: true is set. The data is there, but visible only with the “Show test data” switch.
