Rapports, coûts et export

How do I save a view of a report?

Under “Saved views” next to the period selection you store the current report with its period, filters and model under a name and open it again with one click. The view belongs to you alone and does not change the tenant’s default model.

Can I save a report’s period, filters and model and open them again later?

  1. 01Set the period and filters, and on the attribution page both models.
  2. 02Open “Saved views” below the period selection, enter a name and choose “Save view”.
  3. 03To open it again, choose its name in the same list; “Delete” removes the view.
  • What is saved is what the address holds: period, environment, conversion type, level, filters (including viewable impression, first channel, campaign and raw-data status), sorting and models. Whatever does not go along is named when you save.
  • The search is not saved. An order number belongs to a customer of the shop and has no place in a view that is kept for good.
  • A view is personal: other people in the tenant do not see it. To share, use “Copy link”.
  • A view with a model does not change the default model under “Settings”. It only opens the address with that model.
  • At most 50 views per person and tenant.

The period and the chosen model carry over when you switch between reports: from attribution to journeys, from journeys to the overview, and to “Ask your data” as well. Both are then readable in the address, for example “?range=90d&model=linear”. A bookmark or link that names a period or a model itself shows exactly that; an address without a period shows the last 30 days, one without a model uses your account’s default model.

Note

Views cannot be saved in the demo; it is read-only. “Copy link” works there as well.

  • Which reports are available?

What can I analyse in the portal?

The reports are in the sidebar: Overview, Customer journeys, Channels & attribution with its breakdown and model comparison, Orders & goals, plus Check budget, Platform reconciliation, Data status and Events, among others. In the period row at the top you choose the period and the model and, once your account measures more than one website, the website.

  • How do I read the model comparison?

Seven models distribute the same conversions differently. How do I read the comparison?

The page compares two models on the same conversions: per channel, the share under model A (your default model) and under model B, plus the change in percentage points. The differences come from the distribution rule and are no evidence of additional advertising effect.

  • How do I inspect a single journey?

Where can I trace which contacts preceded a conversion?

Under “Customer journeys” you open a journey by its order number and see ad contacts, visits, shop steps and conversions in one sequence with the time. Each touchpoint names time, channel, campaign and the share under the model of the context row; the side column says how that model splits the conversion across channels, and what was recorded.

  • How do I export data?

Can I recalculate the numbers myself?

Under “Exports & AI connections” you download CSV files for conversions, customer journeys and attribution by channel, with the same values the reports show, so you can recalculate them yourself. Conversions and journeys appear individually, row by row, and every row states the period, the environment and the time of the data.
