Sign-in, password and Google access
Use “Forgot your password?” to reset it yourself; the link arrives by email. Signing in with Google Workspace is also possible, provided it is enabled for your tenant. It comes with Scale and the agency plan.
I cannot get into my account. What now?
- 01Choose “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.
- 02Enter your business email address.
- 03Open the link from the email and set a new password.
Once opened, the link no longer appears in the address bar, so it does not end up in your browser history. If you reload the page before saving, simply open the link from the email again. It is valid for one hour.
For security reasons the page shows the same message whether or not the address exists. If no email arrives, check the spam folder and whether you used a different address.
A sign-in applies to one browser on one device. Under “Settings” → “Signed-in devices”, “Sign out everywhere” ends all of them at once, including your own. That is useful when a device has been lost. A new password set through “Forgot your password?” ends them too.
If two-step verification is switched on, sign-in asks after the password for a passkey, a code from the app or a recovery code. A new password does not switch it off.
With a passkey you can sign in without any password: “Sign in with a passkey” below the form. How to add one is explained in “Sign in with a passkey” in this help center.
The button for it sits below the form and reads “Sign in with a company account (Google Workspace)”. It only works for addresses on a domain for which your tenant has set up the sign-in. A private Google account opens nothing through it. If nothing is set up for your address or your plan does not include the sign-in, the sign-in page says so after the click, and you sign in with email and password.
Note
Signing in with Google Workspace is optional, comes with Scale and the agency plan, and is enabled per tenant. There is no sign-in through any other company-account provider. It does not replace the role model: permissions still come from your role in the tenant.

Under “Team & roles” you invite people by email and assign the role at the same time. The invitation leads into the same tenant; no second account is created. How many people you can add depends on the plan; on the free Start plan it is just you.

How do I sign in without a password?
Add a passkey under “Settings” → “Security”. After that you sign in with “Sign in with a passkey” without a password, using your fingerprint, face or your device’s PIN. A passkey also counts as the second step when you sign in with your password.

How do I protect my account beyond the password?
In the settings you set up a code from an authenticator app or a passkey. After your password, sign-in then asks for the code or the passkey. Ten recovery codes cover the case where you have neither at hand.

How do I sign in when my phone or passkey is not at hand?
After your password, choose “Use a recovery code” and enter one of the ten codes you wrote down during setup. Each works exactly once. Without your phone or passkey and without an unused code there is no way back into this account.
