CALCULATOR

How far apart are your conversion figures?

Compare the sum of platform reports with the completions in your shop or CRM. This calculator shows the difference. These totals alone cannot identify its causes.

01 / YOUR FIGURES

Four numbers are enough.

Everything stays in your browser. There is no request that could be logged. Anyone typing in their revenue figures should not have to assume they end up with us.

Add up what Meta, Google Ads and the rest report for the same month.

From your shop or CRM, for the same month.

Net, across all channels.

Revenue divided by orders.

Your platforms report more completions than your shop or CRM. That can be because several platforms each count the same order, or because of different time windows, conversion types, modelled conversions or refunds. Only the individual orders show how much comes from which. In the portal, the platform reconciliation shows how many orders had contact with more than one platform.
Difference
+350
Reported minus actual completions.
Difference relative to your orders
+41.2 %
The difference in relation to your orders. The figure does not say which reports it concerns.
ROAS according to the platforms
2.85
Reported completions × order value ÷ €40,000.00.
ROAS according to your orders
2.02
Orders × the same order value ÷ €40,000.00.
Ratio
1.41×
Platform reports per order. Because both ROAS values use the same order value, it is also their ratio to each other.

This is a rough calculation with your own figures. The difference can have many causes (different time windows, conversion types, refunds, counting rules, duplicate credit), and it cannot tell how much each contributes. Both ROAS values use the same assumed order value; the ROAS by your orders is total revenue over ad spend and shows no additional effect of advertising. Only reconciling the individual orders shows which orders are behind the difference.
