One context per client.
Period, currency, data as of and model stay attached to the analysis. When you switch clients, views, exports and AI access stay separate.
FOR AGENCIES
Look at measurement per client in a separate area. Shared operation, separate data and traceable analyses.
| Client | Measurement | Next check |
|---|---|---|
| Client A | Signals arriving | Check an order without attribution |
| Client B | Setup open | Check the first test conversion |
Period, currency, data as of and model stay attached to the analysis. When you switch clients, views, exports and AI access stay separate.
From the channel report to the specific journey and the raw event. Missing signals and unattributed orders or leads do not disappear from the report.
AGENCY
2 client accounts are included, €49 for each additional client account. You can book it yourself from 2 client accounts; check the full contract terms before you book.
If you book the agency plan during your trial, your client accounts start measuring when you book, and you pay the base price only from the end of the trial. The surcharge from the third client account onwards and any overage are billed only from the month after the trial ends. If the trial ends in less than two days, billing for the base price starts right away.
No sign-in needed: a sample agency with three clients, its client overview with traffic lights and the monthly report as a PDF.

Separate client areas with server-side access checks: every request runs only in the account the person belongs to. Account separation is additionally enforced in the database.
From admin to read-only. Checked server-side, not hidden client-side.
All clients in one table, those needing action first: whether measurement and ad accounts are running, what came in and how much of the quota is used. On Mondays an email arrives when something is open for a client. One click opens the client, and every client is set up the same way.
For each client a monthly report as a PDF with your agency’s name and logo in the header, emailed to your admins on the 2nd of each month. Plus CSV for your own reporting and one scheduled send for all clients, with one section and one file per client account; above it your note, a sentence of context for exactly one report.
Visible data gaps instead of flattering completeness.
Traceable who changed what and when: under “Change log” in the portal, including in the client relationship.
02 / STANCE
PRINCIPLE
Every figure can be traced back to the raw data: a tile links to the events behind it, and a single journey shows which share each model assigns to which touchpoint. If a client wants to recalculate, hand them the export.
03 / RESELLING
The contract is between us and you. You pay €299 a month with 2 client accounts included, and every further one costs €49. You invoice your client whatever you consider right; we have no end-customer price. The event allowance grows with your clients: 250,000 events a month per client account, counted across all of them together. How much each client used, you see per calendar month in the client overview and download as a CSV, counted as on your invoice. You can book the plan yourself from 2 client accounts, after signing up, under “Plan & usage”. With a single client, talk to us. In the portal, your clients only see that you handle billing: no price, no allowance and no usage.
One example, worked out
The agency plan costs €299 a month and includes 2 client accounts. Every further one costs €49. Five clients are €446 a month with 1,250,000 events, twenty are €1,181 with 5,000,000 events. The count covers all clients together, so a large client may measure more than a small one.
UNDER OUR NAME
The portal carries our name, emails come from our sender address, and a portal domain of your own is not provided. If your client gets their own login, they will see Metrunio. One exception is the monthly report as a PDF: the header shows your agency’s name and logo, the footer says “Measured with Metrunio”. The metrics in the report are fixed; what you choose is the note above them. What your client will not see are your other clients’ accounts: the separation reaches into the database.
Look around in the demo first. Your own account is currently available by invitation only.
