How do I invite more users?
Under “Team & roles” you invite people by email and assign the role at the same time. The invitation leads into the same tenant; no second account is created. How many people you can add depends on the plan; on the free Start plan it is just you.
How do colleagues get access?
- 01Open “Team & roles”.
- 02Enter the business email address and choose the role.
- 03The invited person receives an email and sets their own password. If they already have a confirmed Metrunio account under that address, they keep their name and password; accepting adds the new access, and they sign in as usual. The email comes in the language you are reading the portal in (German or English); from the Spanish and French interface it goes out in English.
- 04Roles can be changed later; access can be withdrawn at any time.
If the email did not arrive, resend the invitation under “Team & roles”. That creates a new link (the old one stops working), and the message goes out in the same language as the first, even if you now read the portal in another.
Note
Inviting requires the Admin role. The Analysis role can evaluate data and maintain campaigns but cannot manage users.

Every membership counts, including open invitations: Start 1, Pro 5, Growth 15, unlimited above that. Once the limit is reached, remove someone who no longer needs access or change plan. If the plan drops below the number of members, after the trial for example, access for the surplus users is paused: one admin stays, the others appear in the list as “paused” and come back as soon as the plan covers them or someone is removed.
Note
When the number sits exactly at the limit, the overview shows “A limit of your plan has been reached.” in ochre. You can hide the notice for yourself; it comes back when the situation changes, on another plan for example. If access is paused because the plan covers fewer users, it is shown in red and cannot be hidden.

Who is allowed to do what in the portal?
There are three roles inside a tenant (Admin, Analysis and Read only) plus two platform-side roles. Every API route checks the permission server-side; hiding things in the interface is only the display of that.

You sign up in the portal and create your company along the way, get invited by someone who already has access, or let the Shopify app create the account. Metrunio is offered only to businesses, not to consumers. Measurement starts only once the data processing agreement is concluded, which comes right at the start of setup.

Every client is a separate tenant with its own data, and one login can be a member of several tenants and switch between them in the portal. Data ends at the tenant boundary, technically as well.

Five plans, tiered by events per month: Start (free), Pro (€79), Growth (€249), Scale (€599) and Agency (€299 with two client accounts, €49 per further one, 250,000 events per client account); every four delivered impressions count as one event. Above the allowance, every started 10,000 events cost €3, and a plan never costs more than the next plan up would cost at the same volume.
