Order reported as a purchase more than once
An order number arrived as a purchase more than once on the same website, for example from both browser and server or with a new event_id. Metrunio counts the order once. Value and currency come from your server’s first report, or without one from the browser’s first report. Further reports do not change them.

What is missing while this finding stands
No duplicate conversion. If the later report carries a different value, reports and exports keep showing the value that already applied.

How to fix it

If your shop reports purchases from both browser and server, this is expected. You do not need to do anything.

If the same order arrives several times through the same route, check whether your system assigns a new event_id when it retries. A retry needs the same event_id.

If your shop gives two different orders the same number, add a prefix so that every number is unique.
