Your server reports a different order value than the browser
For one order number a report came from the browser first and then one from your server, with a different value or currency. Metrunio takes value and currency from the server. Customer, consent and contacts stay as the browser reported them.

What is missing while this finding stands
Reports, attribution and exports show the server’s value once the attribution has been recalculated. If the purchase was already reported to an ad platform, it keeps the browser value there.

How to fix it

Check whether the tracking script reports the same amount as your shop, for example gross instead of net or before instead of after the discount.

If the browser value is far off, for example 0.01, someone may have reported the order number in advance through the browser route. The value is already corrected; the order numbers are listed in the finding.

Report every purchase from your server or a plugin as well. Only then can Metrunio correct a wrong browser value.
