Refunds without a matching purchase discarded
No purchase with the same order number, environment and currency arrived for a refund within 24 hours. Metrunio did not apply the refund and deleted it. Only the number of such refunds per website and day is kept, without order number, payment ID or any other identifier.

What is missing while this finding stands
The refund reduces no revenue. If the purchase still arrives later, it appears without the refund in reports and exports.

How to fix it

Look up in your shop or at your payment provider which refunds were reported on the days shown, and compare their order number with that of the purchase: spelling, prefixes such as “#” and the environment (test or production) must match.

Check that the purchase and the refund carry the same currency.

Once the purchase has arrived, send the refund again with a new event_id. The same event_id counts as already received.

If the refund belongs to a purchase that Metrunio rejected or deleted, there is nothing to do.
